Hal Gibson – President & CEO
In 2006 Hal founded the company formerly known as Hal Gibson Consulting. He spent more than 20 years managing facilities and overseeing construction for universities across Georgia culminating with a position of Assistant Vice Chancellor for Facilities with the University System of Georgia. In addition, he was Manager of Facilities and Safety at a Fortune 50 Corporation. Hal holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile Management and Technology from Auburn University.

Prior to joining Hal Gibson Companies in 2006, Gillian was a manufacturer‘s representative for Microsoft assigned to retail accounts such as Office Depot, Staples, Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. Additionally, she is President of Dixie Creek Motorsports, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University.

Jack brings a wealth of general management and operations experience. His background includes construction and facility start-up for several companies in positions such as Plant Manager, Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile Management and Technology from Auburn University.

Deedee brings extensive experience in relationship management and development with a well established network of contacts in Public, Private and Educational sectors. Additionally, she has served several Fortune 500 corporations in senior Human Resource leadership roles. She holds dual Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Mathematics from LaGrange College.

Chip has over 30 years of experience in construction services including design development, estimating, project management and construction management. His experience includes projects in the Governmental, Educational, Multi-Family, Entertainment and Commercial sectors. Additionally, Chip has founded two reputable construction/contracting companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Georgia State University.

Ray has over 12 years of broad based real-estate development and construction management experience. Ray has managed projects in the Higher Education, Research and Development, Multi-Family, Retail and Commercial sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and Contracting from Georgia Southern University.

Brent has 25 years of construction experience having completed projects in the Industrial, Educational, Retail and Office Construction sectors. His project management strengths include estimating, scheduling, field supervision, quality control and constructability analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction & Contracting from Purdue University.

Michael has 25 years of construction experience, 13 years of which are in construction management. He has served as the project manager on a wide variety of projects to include Heavy Civil, Higher Education, Laboratory Buildings, Retail and Commercial Space, Parking Decks and Correctional Facilities. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Colorado.
Jeff Glazer – Project Manager - Savannah
Jeff has over five years of diversified experience in development and construction. He has served as project manager and oversaw development of multiple residential and commercial projects including the construction of the Publix retail site at Richmond Hill Plantation, Sterling Link Golf Course and several multi-family developments. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration/Management from Savannah State University.
Terry McHargue – Data Systems Manager
Terry provides ongoing support to the entire project management team. Her area of responsibility includes project data management, creation of reports and marketing materials and office management. In addition, Terry oversees the IT demands for HGC. Her prior experience includes administrative support services, human resources and office management. Terry attended Southern Union State Community College and Opelika State Technical College.

Mayda's past experience in office management and administrative support is a valuable asset to the Savannah area office. She is fluent in Spanish, further enhancing her communication skills. Mayda attended El Camino College and Blair College in Redondo Beach, California.

Kirby's exceptional customer service and organizational skills are fully utilized in her role as Administrative Assistant. She provides administrative and scheduling support, assistance with project reporting and marketing materials development.
